All returns and special orders are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Returned products must be unopened and its packaging appear to be new or a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.

No returns on any opened electronics.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

All items must be returned within 15 days of original invoice date.

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Special consideration for returns can be made upon further discussion with Model Land staff. 


Warranty Returns:

All warranty and product replacement issues are handled through the manufacturer of the product. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Model Land will assist with forwarding warranty items to the manufacturer upon request; however, the consumer remains responsible for all shipping charges and / or repair costs related to the product. 


Defective Returns:

Defective items are classed as a new product that is faulty, damaged, or broken from new in the box.  This does not apply to product that has been broken or damaged during its first or subsequent use.  Model Land staff will examine product on a per item basis and replace as necessary.  If the product in question has been found to be used, it will fall under the Warranty Returns Policy.  


Hold Bins and Special Orders:

Due to limited storage space and demand for product, on hold items will remain in the hold bin for a maximum of two weeks, or 12 business days.  Items not taken within the two-week period will be put back into regular stock.

Special orders that are not taken within a two-week period will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.  

Special considerations for on-hold and special order items can be made upon further discussion with Model Land staff. 


NSF Cheques:

NSF cheques will be charged an additional $50.00 for each return.
